A free-standing public convenience in Hel
Idea. Beach, sea, turquoise blue water - main
components of the scenery. Traditional architecture stands though
in opposition to this marine landscape. Organic forms became an
inspiration for the project - shape of a stone, an amber polished
by a millenial influence of wind and water. The building fits
gently in the milieu, respecting the nature, yet ignoring any
contexts of the architecture nearby.
Technology. The buildings, like yachts alike, is made of epoxy
resin that makes it clean, firm, light and resistant to vandalism.
